  • In your mind, you know what would be good for you. Yet your body does not seem to follow.
Sometimes it is the tension in your shoulders that simply will not ease. Or migraines, inner restlessness, an exhaustion – for which there seems to be no obvious cause.
 
Much of what moves us inwardly first shows itself in the body – as tension, tightness, pressure, or restlessness. But also as vitality, warmth, and strength. The body often knows more than the mind can currently process.
 
In Body & Awareness work, we direct attention precisely there. We work with breathing exercises, simple body awareness, and mindfulness – accessible, with no prior knowledge or special requirements.The focus is on what is already present within you: your own perception, your breath, the felt sense of this moment.

I invite you to pause, guide you through simple exercises, and ask what is emerging. In this way, stress patterns, inner tension, or long-held physical postures become visible – not to be eliminated, but to find a gentler and more balanced relationship with yourself. Conversation and bodywork interweave: understanding and feeling come back together.
