Finding New Direction

Perhaps this sounds familiar…

  • You sense that your job, your role, or your daily life no longer truly fits – but what should come instead is not yet clear.
  • The feeling that something must change is there. The direction is not yet.
  • You are making compromises – and are beginning to notice that they cost you more than you care to admit.
Perhaps it was not a sudden break – but a slow drifting apart. At some point, what you do no longer fits who you have become.

Finding new direction is rarely a clean cut. More often it is an in-between space: the old no longer fits – the new is not yet within reach. It is often both at once: liberating and unsettling.

In this process I support you in sorting through what has accumulated – wishes, doubts, fears, unlived possibilities. Not with a ready-made plan, but through focused questions, honest reflection, and the space to think things through to their conclusion. Gradually, a picture emerges that orients you from within: what truly fits you? What can be released? What wants to grow?

Together we look at your values, at what drives you – and at what holds you back. You gain confidence in your own decisions and find a next step that not only makes logical sense, but feels right from the inside.

Coaching for finding new direction is right for you if…

  • you are at a point where the old no longer feels right – but the new is not yet clear
  • you are embarking on a professional or personal change and do not want to navigate it alone
  • you want to reconnect with what truly matters to you – and where you actually want to go

What You Can Expect
