Integral Therapy means: your concern is not reduced to a single problem. We look at you as a whole person – at what you think, feel, carry in your body, and how you act. And at the broader context of your life.

In practice, this means: I ask questions that go deeper. I reflect back what I perceive. I offer perspectives that open new ways of seeing. No roadmap imposed from outside – but a process in which you come to know yourself more clearly.

Together we explore what truly moves you, which patterns are operating in the background, and what strengths are already present within you. What emerges is not a ready-made solution – but a next step that genuinely fits you and that you can carry forward yourself.
