Not with ready-made answers, but with the willingness to look closely: at what drives someone, what holds them back, and what is already within them.\n<h3 style=\"color: #021e5e; font-family: 'Montserrat', sans-serif; font-size: 26px; font-weight: 500; line-height: 1.2; letter-spacing: 0; word-spacing: 0;\">My approach<\/h3>\nIm Mittelpunkt meiner Arbeit steht nicht eine bestimmte Methode, sondern die Frage: Was braucht dieser Mensch \u2013 jetzt, in dieser Phase seines Lebens?\n\nJe nach Thema und Prozess verbinde ich Gespr\u00e4chsarbeit, K\u00f6rper- und Atemarbeit, hypnotherapeutische Zug\u00e4nge und Aufstellungselemente. Nicht als festes Programm, sondern situativ \u2013 eingesetzt dann, wenn es passt und tr\u00e4gt.\n\nWas dabei konstant bleibt: ein klarer Rahmen, echtes Zuh\u00f6ren und die \u00dcberzeugung, dass Menschen sich selbst am besten kennen \u2013 wenn sie den Raum haben, wirklich hinzuh\u00f6ren.\n<h3 style=\"color: #021e5e; font-family: 'Montserrat', sans-serif; font-size: 26px; font-weight: 500; line-height: 1.2; letter-spacing: 0; word-spacing: 0;\">My background<\/h3>\n\u00dcber zwanzig Jahre habe ich in der IT gearbeitet \u2013 in verschiedenen Branchen und Unternehmenskulturen, von Apple in Irland \u00fcber Versicherung und Luftfahrt bis zur Energiewirtschaft. Strukturen, Prozesse, menschliche Dynamiken in Organisationen: das kenne ich von innen.\nParallel dazu hat mich immer das interessiert, was sich hinter dem Sichtbaren abspielt \u2013 in Menschen, in Systemen, in Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen. Die Heilpraktikerausbildung und die Ausbildung zum integralen Coach und Berater an der Integralis Akademie Hamburg haben schlie\u00dflich zusammengef\u00fchrt, was mich schon lange besch\u00e4ftigt: die Verbindung von analytischer Klarheit und menschlicher Tiefe.
